Paolo joins Midea in Dec 2020 as Head of Residential Air Conditioning team at Midea Milan Design Center, where he builds and leads a growing team of global talent to envision, design, and land the entire portfolio of OBM/OEM Air Treatment product/service systems for the European market.
In less than three years, Paolo successfully led his team in defining a new identity for the brand in Europe and designing a cohesive family of innovative products that are being launched on the market, winning international design awards in the process.
An Industrial Design graduate (Hons) at Politecnico di Milano in 2000, he started his career working five years with Clino Castelli at Castelli Design, then six years at Samsung Design Milan, before establishing his eponymous consulting firm and running it for nine years.
