Margo Lengua

Profilo biografico

Currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Bologna, she brings a rich blend of academic rigor and creative vision. With two years of experience as a research fellow at the University of San Marino, her research work moves between design and cultural heritage, redefining how they interact. Armed with a Master’s in Arts, Heritage, and Markets from IULM University in Milan—where her thesis explored the innovative intersection of video games and cultural heritage—she’s on a mission to revolutionize how we engage with history through technology.

Her projects combine cutting-edge digital tools with participatory design, working closely with cultural institutions to create immersive, game-based solutions that make heritage not just accessible, but thrilling. As co-founder of PARSEC, an independent art space in Bologna, she’s also actively shaping the contemporary art scene. Whether through academic research or hands-on collaboration, she positions herself at the forefront of reimagining the future of cultural heritage.
